Dialogue Editor, Sound Designer
CAL EIDSON Dialogue Editor, Sound Designer Based in Orlando, Florida Cal Eidson is a dedicated Sound Designer with a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where he also earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sound Design. Specializing in creating immersive and accessible audio experiences for games and films, Cal utilizes a variety of tools and platforms such as Unreal Engine, Wwise, Pro Tools, Reaper, and Ableton. His MFA thesis involved developing a game called "Down Below," which focused on sound accessibility for the blind and visually impaired, where he designed and implemented all the sounds and systems using Unreal and Wwise. Cal has experience as a Live Sound Engineer at Ridgecrest Conference Center, managing sessions and receiving on-the-spot direction and feedback. Additionally, he has contributed to sound design for several films, animations, and games, including Mann Robinson's TV show "On Ten”.
